that advocates for 21st century readiness for every student. The Partnership for 21st Century Skills has developed a vision for student success in the new global economy.
- This Framework describes the skills, knowledge and expertise
students must master to succeed in work and life; it is a blend of
content knowledge, specific skills, expertise and literacies. 21st
Century Studend Outcomes and Support Systems: The 4Cs (Critical thinking and problem solving, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and innovation); The 3Rs.

2. ATC21S: Assessment & Teaching of 21s Century Skills - http://atc21s.org/.
In January 2009, Cisco, Intel and Microsoft announced they would join
forces to sponsor ATC21S as a collaborative research project to
accelerate education reform.
- In a digital world, students must be prepared for new technologies
and new ways of working. Developing these 21st-century skills in the
classroom can transform economies and communities. The success of
ATC21S depends on a public and private partnership among governments,
