The First International Conference
"Teachers for the Knowledge Society"

The Conference "Teachers for the Knowledge Society" is the closing conference of a two years EU project: Training the MST Teachers through a Master Program for the Knowledge Society (http://www.masterprof.ro/eng/) organized by P.G. University of Ploiesti, Romania. It is also intended to be a starting point for a series of events dedicated to improve teacher education programs. The conference will be held in Sinaia, Romania (http://www.montania.ro), 17-19 March, 2011.

Educational researchers, teachers, and graduate students are encouraged to submit papers to the Conference. The abstracts and the papers should be written in English, the official language of the event. All accepted papers of the conference will be published in Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal (ISSN: 1877-0428) by ELSEVIER (www.elsevier.com) and will be indexed ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
